we are an executive search firm. we recruit exclusively for the life sciences, primarily for pharmaceuticals and biotechnology companies, and the companies supporting drug development. having that niche means we can work faster and more efficiently to fill roles. we offer contingent and retained recruiting services.

contingent recruiting

we offer contingent recruiting services on an exclusive and non-exclusive basis, which is reflected in our fees. we source, screen, evaluate, and present candidates that fit employer needs, and fees are only due once a candidate begins employment.

retained recruiting

for executive-level staffing needs, we offer services
on a retained basis. fees are charged in three parts: at initiation of service, at an agreed-upon milestone (ex: once a candidate list has been narrowed), and once a candidate begins employment.
